Frequently asked questions

Answers about auctions, checks, payment, delivery, customs, repairs, and registration.

By default, we prefer lots marked Seller: Insurance. These vehicles usually reach auction after a documented insurance claim, making the lot’s provenance, reported mileage, title type, and damage easier to trace and reducing the risk of hidden manipulation. Insurance status is not a substitute for verification: we review VIN reports, prior sales, title type and status, odometer status, auction photos, listed damage, and other available data.

Timing depends on vehicle location, port, vessel schedules, carriers, and clearance. We provide an estimate for each lot.
